COMPLAINTS AND INVESTOR SAFEGUARDS

In the first place you should make your complaint to us; if the complaint is not then resolved to your satisfaction in what you consider to be a reasonable time you can complain to The Financial Ombudsman Service, South Quay Plaza, 183 Marsh Wall, London E14 9SR (telephone number 0845 080 1800).

Such a complaint will not prejudice any of your legal rights to take action against us or any third party.
